The Ombudsman's purpose is to make it possible to receive compliments, complaints, report, suggestions, information and consultation in a legitimate manner.
The Ombudsman is responsible for receiving, analyzing and screening the manifestations received and forwarding them to the Ethics Committee. 
Matters that are not related to Coocafé and that are being processed in the judicial sphere will not be dealt with. 
When making the manifestation, the protester can choose the type of contact he/she will have with the Ombudsman, which will deal with the issues confidentially and ensuring anonymity, with respect for individual rights and ethical principles. The types of contact with the Ombudsman are: Open, Confidential and Anonymous. 

Open (Identified): The protester's data are available during the course of the occurrence, allowing greater agility in ascertaining the facts.
