It determines the way in which the company is directed, administrated or controlled. For Coocafé, as a cooperative, some statutory regulations must be obeyed. Thus, the administrative structure of Coocafé is composed by:

General Assembly – is the highest body of a cooperative, where is decided the fate of the organization. The General Assembly are subject to Supervisory and Management Boards

Council Administration - Structured by 06 members that are elected by Ordinary General Assembly (OGA), are allowed to command for 04 years. From those 06 elect councilors, are chosen 03 to Executive Managers. The Council Administration and the Executive Managers, meet themselves once a month to follow activities up, and define necessary goals to the Executive Manager.

Council Inspection - Structured of 06 members (03 effective member and 03 replacer members) that are elected by Ordinary General Assembly (OGA), are allowed to command for 01 years. That council is empowered to follow and examine all of Administration Council works. it meet itself once a month, including in its task, visits at all Coocafé units regularly.

Council Administration prepares the report about its administration, informing the results and the reason of any important subject for the organization, which will be presented in the OGA to be approved. Before the economic situation has been reported to the OGA, it is approved by independent auditor.
